I've asked ICANN to make the delegations so that we can
put -all- the ip6.int tree under ip6.arpa, but so far
the requests have fallen on deaf ears.

Well, in part because we have ipv6 transport on nodes under
ip6.int while the registries do not have their delegations
managed under ipv6 aware nodes.
