anyone know whether this address has more a longer or shorter

I've sent an e-mail requesting a delegation for my 6to4 address space
to above given address on March, 11, but got no answer until now.
Perhaps he is on holidays or very busy.
BTW: does anyone also know, if a delegation is also possible for
"ip6.arpa"?
