Micheal, I still haven't really understood what your actual problem is. You said previously that your router had full access to the IPv6 Internet, and that the problem was somehow with the internal clients, right? So is the problem to get it to route traffic from internal clients? Or is it to get the internal clients to claim an address? Or is it something completely else? If it's just to get the router to route, have you turned on IPv6 forwarding (check /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/*/forwarding)?
