Thanks Gideon, I had already put the help at the gnokii users group also. The gnokii is working fine with nokia 3310. I am able to send sms through gnokii. But how to make kannel to communicate with gnokii? my problem lies over here..

Don't use the gnokiid to access your phone from Kannel. It's much simpler that way. And if you're going to use just gnokii, I suggest that you post your questions on gnokii's own mailing list, not here.
