Dear Support, I am still unable to establish an SMPP link to Clickatell. I am trying from two servers.
Server One is topup.ie 213.94.212.100 which we have isolated from our firewall. It is connected to a router 213.94.212.97 . I am getting a message System error 92: Protocol not available. I have tested our gateway software Kannel 1.2.1 with a Nokia Phone Card and with Logica FakeSMSC on a remote server and it functions perfectly. Server Two is topup.homeunix.com on a DSL line. The DSL Modem has a static IP 82.141.232.132 which transparently routes all traffic through to an internal server 192.168.1.1. All web traffic for 82.141.232.132 comes through to this server with no problems. I have also tested Kannel Version 1.3.1 on this machine to a remote server running fakesmsc. The error message on this system is the same as server one. I hope someone out there can help as I am under enormous pressure to get the project finished Regards Sean Bracken
