Dears, Thanks for reply, I contact my operator and I solve the problem, but I have the error SMSC returned error code 0x00000014 (Message Queue Full) in response to submit_sm , and they says that I have to wait the sms response then send a new sms, How can I control the waiting time for the response?
i set both throughput = 25 and max-pending-submit = 5, if I set the max-pending-submit = 6 I get the error, but if I do that the actual throughput = 4 sms/sec. Please advice, Thanks again for help.
