Since my last message, I've better results : with Gnokii, I can send SMS !
Gnokii is not interessant in it, but it proves that my M20 works (with my
new SIM card). And it's configured with the /dev/ttyS0 device...

Unfortunately, it doesn't works with Kannel... always the same error :
