AT+CPIN command is for entering the phone security PIN number. If your
modem requires that, add it into modem configuration, if not, don't
add it to config.
Check manual for details.
Also, you might want to add AT+CMEE=1 or =2 to have verbose errors in
modem responses. Note not all modems support this command.
