The SIM card is correctly interted, and it´s a valid SIN card, but I don´t
know if that is the true problem, maybe is a power problem, the issue is
that when I try to do something I got the error 10 (no sim card), but I
tested the modem with others sim cards.
I don´t what to do now, and I really need to finish this.

Also check that it is a valid sim card. Test puting the card into a
cellphone and test

AT+CPIN command is for entering the phone security PIN number. If your
modem requires that, add it into modem configuration, if not, don't
add it to config.
Check manual for details.
Also, you might want to add AT+CMEE=1 or =2 to have verbose errors in
modem responses. Note not all modems support this command.

check the init-string, it is clear that the gsm modem is not
