You were right on how I had it configured. I changed global preferences password and password id back to null and validity interval to 0, then configured user preferences password and password id but now get:
"email address" has not been sent to the following recipients because the message could not= be encrypted. --- Sent with DJIGZO *** HEADER EXTRACTED deferred/C/CABBB2D6 *** *** MESSAGE FILE END deferred/C/CABBB2D6 *** note: If I set global preferences password and password id with a value it works and still uses the user template.
