I installed the following packages on my other CentOS 5.5 office machine:
hplip-3.10.6-0.1.el5.test.i386.rpm
hpijs-3.10.6-0.1.el5.test.i386.rpm
libsane-hpaio-3.10.6-0.1.el5.test.i386.rpm
I then configured a HP OfficeJet Pro L7780 which appears to be working
perfectly both printing and scanning. Of course, I haven't yet
exercised all possible printing and scanning options yet, however, so
far, so good.

Thanks for the feedback. The download links did not work because the
HTTP redirects changed after we renamed the testing repository. So
thanks for letting us know.
I have fixed it now, feel free to try out the packages and send us
any feedback !
