Actually, I think this was said in error. I don't think 1.1.2 is
interchangeable with newer versions. Maybe I'm wrong, but the errors
I've seen don't seem to paint that picture
I think you're probably right - how could it be compatible with both
Tomahawk 1.1.2 AND 1.1.3(and greater)? The classes either moved to their
new locations or they didn't. I guess he meant to say what you have
said, that they would be interchangeable AFTER 1.1.2
I'd recommend using the 1.1.4 prerelease candidate. I'm not certain
why it's taking so long for us to officially release it (I haven't had
time to be involved with the release process other than as a tester),
but I'm pretty sure it's effectively final at this point.
Try telling that to my boss!! :P
It's no problem for me to wait a few more days, or even a few weeks
though. Gladly, I have no dire emergencies with the older version that I
need quickly fixed.
On the other hand, I see that the 1.1.4 build has been frozen for a
couple of weeks now. I suppose it's not too early to start testing a
little with it, on the side...
