When I try to save a document to a USB device, from which I loaded the document for editing, I always get the error message "could not create a backup copy". I have no trouble saving new documents to the USB device. Nor do I have trouble using the cp command and copying the newer version of the document from my hard drive to the USB device. So, what's the problem (and how do I fix it)?
