Only if you purchase MSO-Pro or Access after the fact. See http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/howtobuy/compare.mspx#EEAA So OOo in its basic form still is ahead of MSO in that it does provide database allbeit dBase from the getgo. With 2.0 we will have HSQLDB built-in which is a fully functional RDBMS.
