Only if you purchase MSO-Pro or Access after the fact. See

So OOo in its basic form still is ahead of MSO in that it does provide
database allbeit dBase from the getgo. With 2.0 we will have HSQLDB
built-in which is a fully functional RDBMS. What more do you want?

I think $449 is a bit steep for MSOpro just to have access as compared
to zero$ and a bit of a learning curve.
