I want to propose to develop this capacity of OOo because is very useful and according to my experience an ordinary user use it preparing a realition (perhabs).
I believe that new version 2.0 does all that now.
Please download the new beta version and try it (don't use it for real work yet, it could be dangerous).
If you still find that you are unable to do what you request then you must file an issue for enhacement. Come back here (i.e. write a mail again to [email protected]) and we will gadly help you on this.
