[snip]thanks Joe, but been there done that.......... I had thunderbird on my computer but had a problem after a few months and lost all my email as there is no way of backing up so went back to OE, whatever other problems it has it is easy to back up your emails.
No backups with Thunderbird? Try Mozbackup; it works just fine for Firefox and Thunderbird.
