wHEN i GO TO TOOLS, options and back-up
to delete the auto back-up , just what is it that I'm supposed to do.
I downloaded what you told me but then how
do I incoropate that into the new one.

Please be aware that "Perfect Pro Office" is an old version of
OpenOffice.org. OpenOffice.org can be downloaded for free from

It may be possible to avoid this problem by turing off backups in the "Tools"
-> "Options" dialog. However I would strongly advise you to download 1.1.4.
