To me it seems that landscape printing is missing in the OO3.0 Aqua. There's a 'Printer Settings' menu item in the 'File' menu, but it does not give you the option to chose landscape format. The same menu item in NeoOffice (based on OO 2.x) is the standard OSX pane with choices for printer, paper size, orientation and scale. I can't print in landscape format from OO3 on OSX, only form NeoOffice.
