In Writer, is it possible to create run-in headings using paragraph styles
(or by some other means), so that they can appear in a generated table of
contents ?
A run-in heading is where the heading and the text that follows (in a
different paragraph/style) occur on the same line. For example, one might
use
Run-in heading: Text text text.
where "Run-in heading" is a distinct paragraph (or something else?) and
"Text text text" is a distinct paragraph. This would permit incorporating
the run-in heading in the ToC.
How might one do this? I'd prefer to use styles for this if possible, but
if it is possible to do by some other means (while still including it in a
Table of Contents), I'm open to this.
