Thanks for the offer, but I have already proved to myself that it is
not the printer driver that is at fault. As mentioned above I got the
same results from four different drivers to two different printers.
Subsequently I have also gotten the same results from a Canon and a
Xerox printer. It's something in the file, not the printer driver.

I should add that I also discovered that if I export to PDF the export
function does export all cells containing data - that is A1 through
H120. As a workaround I can then print the PDF file. 

I suspect it is something in the print ranges that is messed up. I read
the Help files, but as far as I can tell I am doing it correctly. I
also tried deleting all print ranges, which I understand should then
make it print all cells that contain data. Still no go, it prints only
A1 - H90. There's something about those last 30 rows that makes them
not print, but I can't figure it out.
