I can't give you a refund, but I am totally puzzled about how you came
into this situation.

I just went to the OOo main page, selected "I want to download
OpenOffice now," clicked on the link that came up, and it started
downloading, no charge.

There _is_ a "donate" graphic on the page, but you don't have to do
that. I've been using OOo for almost two years now and I've never
_had_ to pay for it.

As for whom to contact, on the "About" page (linked from the home
page), there is a "Contact" link that should put you in touch with the
right people.
