Dotan,
I use Kubuntu with KDE.
I have tried the OOo3 from OpenOffice.org but had some problems. There I
didnt see the hidden files option.
Later I tried the OOo3 from Ubuntu PPA site, some calls it go-oo. The
KDE 4.1 did not allow OOo to function stable so upgraded to KDE 4.2RC2.
Where I had to remove the package openoffice.org-kde for it to work.
This did not allow me to enable the native KDE dialog box. Yes, the
option is in the Tools menu but nothing happens.
The only way I can see the hidden files, is if I click in the Filename
of the dialog box and type . (dot) followed by the first character of
the hidden file. The up/down keys allow me to choose the files.
