Hi: I hope I'm reaching someone out there . . .
When I try to update to 3.0 I get the following message: Installation Wizard message: The following applications are using files that need to be updated by this set up. Close these applications and click retry to continue. Open Office 2.4 (Process Id: 4060) Windows Explorer (Process Id: 3452) Everything is already closed so I'm not sure why I'm getting the message. I've tried re-booting, hoping that the 3.0 version will kick-in, but I'm still stuck with 2.4. I've tried to install 3.0 several times. Always with the same error message : ( Any suggestions?
