I thank you very much for your reaction. Thanks to you I succeeded to download 
open office. But now I have another problem with open office. I can't open open 
office base. I downloaded Java as requested, but anyhow the program writes that 
it can't find java in order to open it. I checked up if Java is downloaded or 
not, but it is downloaded (for windows, 6 update 11). How to solve this 
problem? All the other parts I can open without any problem and I started to 
work with it, it's a nice program, nicer than microsoft office 2003.
