Thank you very much for replying to my e-mail this week .
 
I finally managed to install openoffice and I am glad to say that all is 
working well.
 
I followed your advice to go directly to www.openoffice.org
 
However , I doubt I will get my money back .
 
i forward you the e-mail I received from paypal .When I tried to download 
openoffice last week I was always ask to make a "donation".
 
Maybe you can check the link yourself .It is very peculiar .
