Can you please provide the URL of the site where you registered and the
site where you are attempting to file an issue?

I tried to login just now, it will not allow me to login either, but if
I click register, it the system tells me that I am already registered
and that I am logged in (and I am logged in).
Very odd. It might not be just you.
I am using Linux and Firefox, not sure if it matters.
