If the formulae are in the msoxl namespace, it should save them in the
msoxl namespace. Whether or not Excel strips out formulae in the
default namespace is up to Microsoft to decide.

OOo devs might also decide to include a "Save for Excel" option that
moves all formulae into the msolx namespace before saving, but that
should not be the default, or even selectable as the default
behaviour, but as a "save as" option as it could introduce changes in
behaviour compared to the default namespace in OOo.
