But of course you realise that in order to do so you'd need to look at
the headers to see that the poster is not subscribed to the list... :-)

I certainly don't mind helping someone off list (at my chosing), but do
indeed mind if I've inadvertantly responded to an unsubscribed post &
the msg then gets forwarded directly by someone else.
That said, I do appreciate Harold Fuchs's ("The OP is not subscribed
so will not have seen your reply.") posts. He doesn't cc or forward to
the 'unsub' (sounds like one of those criminal mind's tV show
references) to the poster, just offers a friendly reminder that the
poster may not see the reply - so thanks Harold.
