My bad. I had forgotten I was subscribed. If the list has a "no mail"
option, then I must have that option ticked.
You are not subscribed to the mailing list. Your original post on this
thread "Rhetorical question" was posted to "[email protected]". One
of the headers is "Delivered-To: moderator for [email protected]"
which means you are not subscribed to the list. When you post this way
it takes a few hours to a few days before a moderator approves you post
and sends it to the list.
The current post I am replying to was posted to was posted to
"gmane.comp.openoffice.questions" which you are subscribed to. See the
header "X-Injected-Via-Gmane: http://gmane.org/";. Posting this way
immediately sends the post to the list.
