Paste special is better than doing manual column width setting, 1) copy the columns 2) select the equal nos. or 2x ,3x nos. of column, 3) Right click & Paste special 4) uncheck all options & check only 'format' 5) It will paste column with along with other format(color, border, fonts). Remove unwanted format.

Here are two examples: 1) Using the widths of columns A through M on Sheet 1, duplicate the layout on Sheets 2, 3, .... 2) Take the widths of columns A through M on a selected sheet and duplicate the layout in columns N through Z, AA through AM, AN through AZ, ... on the same sheet. Copy/Paste does not appear to accomplish this nor does Copy/Paste Special. It is tedious yet possible to set all the column widths manually via Alt+O, M, W. -- Jim --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected] Standard Disclaimer Conditions as per Tatachemicals Ltd Email Security Policy apply --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
