I have a spreadsheet that contains about 20 columns and 60 rows. I need
to sort the data on various columns over and over. That is, I need to
see the data sorted one way, then another, then another. The Sort
Ascending and Sort Descending buttons do not accomplish what I want
because I need to sort on several columns at once. What I need to do
works fine if I go to Data > Sort. I want to put an icon for Data >
Sort onto the Standard toolbar. I managed to get the icon onto the
Standard toolbar, but it is grayed out. What have I done wrong?
