If your webmail won't accept those symbols, then use your browser
and login to your ISP's email server and reply from there.  If necessary
use cut-and-paste to get the email address into the "To:" box.  Put
unsubscribe in the Subject and click send.
If that doesn't work then you must contact your ISP for help or...
use a filter to delete the incoming email, either at the ISP's server or
on your own computer.
