While most longtime OOo list users applaud the 'Subscribe' link, I think
it also is part of the problem. Again, someone that has no experience
with email lists, clicks on the link
(mailto:[email protected]) and gets subscribed.
No they don't. They get a confirmation email that they have to reply to
before they are subscribed.
If they can figure out that they have to respond to it, why can't they
figure out how to respond to the confirmation email when they try to
unsubscribe?
