Thank you for trying but I guess it works for some but not others.  I have
never received a confirmation email when I email an unsubscribe request to
"[email protected]".  I have sent the request with nothing in
the Subject line and with Unsubscribe and my email address in the subject
line on several occasions but never have received a confirmation.  The email
address I use is the email address shown in the headings of the emails I
receive from this list and my ISP claims they are not blocking anything.

Tim, I wish that I could give suggestions on what your problem might be, 
but FWIW I have unsubscribed, and it worked immediately.  You do have to 
confirm reception of the unsubscribe notice, just as you confirm to 
subscribe.
