You have come to a support group of OpenOffice. we do not support MS Word.
If you are trying to use OpenOffice then the Word Processor is called
Writer.
In order to help you we will need to know what operating system you are
running. e.g. windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Apple or Linux. We
also need to know what you have done to install OpenOffice on your computer.
