I have an introductory paragraph that takes up a couple of centimeters at the top of a page.
I have a table with a tall first row (includes a picture). It takes about 2/3 of the vertical height of the text area on a page... meaning that it should fit nicely under that introductory paragraph, with LOTS of room to spare. BUT instead, the table starts on the top of the next page. This leaves a big open blank space under the introductory paragraph. The table then continues to annother couple of pages and ends with a small row on a final page. The table behaves the same whether there's an empty paragraph between it and the intro, or not. What I really, really want is for the table to start under the introductory paragraph, then break where it already does. Is there a table setting "Must start at the top of a page"? I haven't found it, but it seems to be set.
