I have an introductory paragraph that takes up a couple of centimeters at the

I have a table with a tall first row (includes a picture). It takes about 2/3
of the vertical height of the text area on a page... meaning that it should fit
nicely under that introductory paragraph, with LOTS of room to spare.
BUT instead, the table starts on the top of the next page. This leaves a big
open blank space under the introductory paragraph.
The table then continues to annother couple of pages and ends with a small row
on a final page.
The table behaves the same whether there's an empty paragraph between it and
the intro, or not.
What I really, really want is for the table to start under the introductory
paragraph, then break where it already does.
Is there a table setting "Must start at the top of a page"?
I haven't found it, but it seems to be set.

If you right-click on a cell in the table and select Table, then the
Text Flow tab, you may find that the top of this has selected Break,
Page, Before. If so, just deselect Break and your table should flow
properly. You may also want to see if the other settings are what you
want, especially the Repeat heading one, since your table apparently
spans pages due to its size.
