It was already de-selected. Its options were grayed out. ALSO, I tried just shrinking the big picture to see if smaller contents would cause the table to re-flow. It reflowed by bringing the second row from the following page, but the start of the table is still at the top of a fresh page, following a lonely paragraph and a BIG empty space (more than big enough for the first table row.
