OK, I've replaced the Ubuntu version with the 'official' distribution
but still can't get Ctrl-Return to work. Went into Tools-Customise->Keyboard
and found it was set to 'Insert Manual Page Break'. I can't see a
'Insert Manual Line Break' in the list of functions (under Insert)
and for the moment have set it to 'Insert Manual Break' but that pops
up a dialog box to ask if I want Line, Page or Column. Should there be
a 'Insert Manual Line Break' option?
