Wtf? Methinks thou doth protest too much. He didn't say anyone couldn't d/l those, he simply was saying that normal, average, non-techie 'users' should stick to the RELEASE versions, and he is correct. Anyone technically inclined should feel free to use any of the DEV builds, as long as they understand the risks.
