Good catch, I missed that somehow. Becky, if you are having the same problem in Word, then this is likely an OS/permissions problem... maybe some malware or something... I would recommend downloading/installing/udating and then running a full scan with something called Malwarebytes (free for home use): www.malwarebytes.org Be sure to update it after installing it, then run the FULL scan (not the quick one).
