I second Johnny's words: Open Office.org is free and can be downloaded free,
and freely installed wherever you wish to install it. OO.o is a result of
many, many volunteers along with Sun Microsystems support. IT's a very
capable, very good suite of applications and works well.
IMO you should get your money back from wherever you paid for it, throw
away what you downloaded, and go to this website and download the free
version 3.
Since you don't say where you purchased it from, there is no way to tell
what you actually have installed and/or what it's capable of and not capable
of. It may or may not have been a legal sale.
