Try going back to the web site and look for the pages of documentation for
Calc. The program's Help feature is also rather good, at least for getting
started. Take one thing at a time that's something you'll need, and learn
it, then go to the next one and so on.
What you want to do sounds relatively simple. I don't know what "invinate"
means but everything I do understand is straight forward and easy to do.
Start simple, get it working, and then do the whole project after you've
figured out what you're doing.
There are certain indications that English is not Rudolf's first language.
I assumed invinate is infinite, which he'll not get, but probably means
many.
Rudolf, it would be good to know something about your previous experience of
office systems. Have you, for example, used Microsoft's Excel? If you
have, you'll feel right at home with OOo Calc.

now I have found out ,that all you guy's motto is :why make things simple if
you can make it complicated.1st that Sigma thing including that whole bar
was not on my page .soo dumb as I am .I wondered, then clicked on
View----Toolbars---Formularbar.....and voila (if you ,know your french
,thats like "Bingo") there it was .From there on it was a piece of cake .And
You dont have to step down from one column to the next .If and when I need
you again .I'll contact you .meanwhile ......Adieu (thats also french ,same
