Thomas, it looks as if you're actually starting a new thread here, asking how to run OOo. If so, you may have downloaded but not installed OOo; once the installation is complete, you will have a folder in your Start menu and perhaps a desktop icon and one in your system tray. Installation begins with double-clicking the downloaded file, which unpacks the installation files and then guides you through the installation. Did you try that? If not, that would be the first step. You can come back here and tell us what happens, if you still have trouble.
