Just to confirm a few things. Michelle - I probably would have suggested that you subscribe to the mail list - that would prevent your posts being moderated each time. I can do it manually, but it is better if people do it themselves. There is no functionality that I can see (just checked) to have a 'quasi' subscribed status. I can subscribe people using a web interface, but this has the same effect as people doing it themselves. It is recommended that everyone that wants to read and post to the list to subscribe. I realise that some people's language on this list can be colourful, but I'm sure we have all seen worse. I'm not going to prevent moderation just due to language. On ocassions I'll caution people as I approve the message but these are rare.
