I can either 'allow' the post through or 'block' the post (I cannot
add/remove tags, modify subject line, etc...). In future I'll probably
disallow post and ask for rephrase & report.  OTOH the herd/crowd
effect on these unruly, yet frequent, posters can sometimes have a
better effect than a lone moderator voice.  ;-)
