I'm not aware that this list is moderated. Am I wrong? As far as I can
see, users govern the list, and keep each other in line, without outside
authority. "Owner" is not the same as "moderator".

Someone else has already asked how you contrived to register for the list
and then continue to both receive messages from it and post to it, if your
ISP is relaying a different address to it. And here you are again posting
a message, and reporting that you are receiving them. You might consult
your ISP and insist upon an answer to the question, because the answer
they have given you begins to be harder to believe.

Another point that is missing is the mode in which you receive messages
from this list. It has been asked whether you get messages one at a time,
or whether you receive a daily digest, and you haven't answered that. The
importance lies in that you would have to unsubscribe according to the
mode to which you originally subscribed. Can you clarify how you receive
messages, and if your attempts to unsubscribe match this.
