I state the basically the same (used contributors instead of committers) in my reply to Rob when he asked "Does this require anything from the ooo-users moderators, or can this be done by you, since this is a public mailing list that anyone can subscribe to," The next post stated "if no one raises any concerns in next 72 hours, just go and add the list". Too much contradictory advice on that list.
