I have read the OOo help over and over but I cannot get the hang of hidden paragraphs/conditional text/whatever. I read the words but cannot get the actions to work correctly -- I just seem to overwrite the selected paragraphs with whatever value I've set for the conditional variable.
The document I am writing has a number of paragraphs consisting of source text, reviewers' comments and working notes, etc. I want to hide these paragraphs when printing a draft for review but reveal them again to refer to while doing further revision. But I just can't figure out how to use the hidden paragraphs feature. Can someone give a step by step account of how to do this, from creating the condition flag variable, to selecting the paragraphs, to applying the conditional switch, to showing/hiding these paragraphs? Then find someone who has commit rights to the OOo help project and ask them to merge your explanation in to the existing content.
