Hi
I had this message on "OOoForum.org Forum Index -> OpenOffice.org
Calc" with no answers - all ideas are welcome.

I am using Mandriva 2005LE, OO.o vers. 1.1.4
I have an area (A1:O52) of a spreadsheet that I wish to send out
as a Fax. I can and do print this area on a "letter" size page
with a HP LaserJet, so it does fit.
I select/highlight the area. Check print preview - all looks
well. Select "print", check "print to file", select "selection"
in the print range, and then "OK". I give it a path and filename
and designate it as a PostScript file, and save.
In "Format -> Page -> sheet" ->scale ("page style") I have it
designated to fit on one page.
I go over to the folder where I saved it and load it with
"Ghost-View". - it is 3 pages long and only the left side (one
half) of it is there. How do I make this file suitable to fax?
